About Me
I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, questions about self-worth, or a search for belonging and purpose, I’m here to support you.
Over the years, I’ve also lived in several countries across Europe and Asia, so I understand firsthand the unique experiences and challenges of living abroad.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Birmingham City University in the UK and am currently pursuing a second Master’s in Existential Analysis at the University of Salzburg in Austria. I'm also a member of FETE - Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe. I’m fluent in both Russian and English, having completed my education in English, so I’m comfortable working in either language.
Therapy Service
I work with adults who may be experiencing:
-
Depression or low mood
-
Anxiety or persistent worry
-
Relationship and attachment challenges
-
Questions around identity, self-worth, or belonging
-
Life transitions or a search for purpose
-
The emotional impact of living abroad or in unfamiliar cultures
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about being with you in your experiences and helping you uncover your own path.

My Approach
I practice existential psychotherapy, which emphasizes meaning, freedom, and responsibility. We won’t rush to label or solve; instead, we’ll create space to understand your experience on a deeper level.
Sessions are collaborative, warm, and reflective. I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots—so you can make choices that feel more authentic and aligned.
